Overview
A contemporary family home composed of layered volumes, deep overhangs and screened balconies. Warm brick and timber tones and decorative jali panels give the elevation texture and privacy.
Approach
We designed the house from the inside out — arranging living spaces, bedrooms and terraces around light, ventilation and privacy — and expressed those decisions honestly on the façade. Deep overhangs shade the glazing and reduce heat gain.
Outcome
A home with strong kerb appeal that is comfortable to live in through every season.
