Overview
Brys Caves is a themed hospitality destination whose rock-formed entrance and natural textures make a memorable first impression. Behind the theatrical façade, the project was planned around environmentally responsible design.
Approach
Green building is about decisions made early: orientation, massing, natural ventilation, daylight, water management and materials with a lower environmental footprint. We worked these principles into the design from the concept stage so sustainability supports the guest experience instead of competing with it.
Outcome
A distinctive, experience-led destination that is also more resource-efficient to run. The Brys group is among our long-standing hospitality clients.
