Overview
A grand, classically inspired building conceived as a landmark for its site. A rhythm of columns, tall arched openings and a deep cornice give the façade presence by day, while carefully layered lighting makes it glow after dark.
Approach
We started from how the building would be experienced on arrival — the approach drive, the forecourt fountain and the entrance sequence — and worked the proportions of the façade around those views. Detailing was resolved in parallel with structure and services so the classical vocabulary could be built efficiently with modern methods.
Outcome
A distinctive, timeless elevation that gives the client a strong identity and a building that photographs as well as it functions.
